IRA SLAVIT: The reality is that at almost all construction sites, workers are exposed to the hazard of falling due to holes in floors, not having open sides on scaffolds or other places, or openings in walls. Sometimes a very simple thing, such as a net or a covering can avoid a problem for an injured worker.
