MR. Not every bad result means that there was malpractice. We have the ability to contact doctors to get opinions before a lawsuit is started. Because you can't even file a lawsuit in New York state unless you're able to file a certificate of merit. So we do get that opinion early, if there is an opinion that there is a viable malpractice case.
