MR. IRA SLAVIT: At Levine & Slavit we've been helping victims of accident cases for over 45 years. While nobody expects that they're going to be in an accident and of course, accidents can occur when least expected, there are some things that are very important to do, if possible, right at the scene of an accident. If you're involved in an accident and you are told by anyone at the scene or you know anyone at the scene of an accident who witnessed the accident, saw what happened, it's absolutely crucial that you get information about that person, what their name is, their address, phone number, whatever information the person is willing to give you. At Levine & Slavit we want to contact the witnesses as soon as possible to find out what they know. And if you want to be successful in court to back up what you're saying it's very important to be able to bring the witness to the courtroom to get on the witness stand, testify to the jury and explain to that jury what they saw so that you'll be able to defeat the defense that you'll be encountering from the other side.
